Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method associated with your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. sixsbet operates pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation number or receipt from the sixsbet system. Verbal or informal communications do not constitute bet confirmation.
sixsbet reserves the right to void any bet, or series of bets, where there is evidence of: (a) odds being offered or accepted in error; (b) the use of automated systems or bots to place bets; (c) arbitrage or matched betting exploiting promotional offers; (d) collusion between players; or (e) knowledge of the outcome of an event at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, the stake will be returned and any winnings will be forfeited.

All bonus funds credited to your sixsbet account are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for a given bonus specifies the total amount you must wager using eligible games before the bonus balance and any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or extended under any circumstances.

sixsbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by sixsbet due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, a platform-wide withdrawal from a particular market), any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. sixsbet will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee, the details of which will be communicated to the player before any deduction is made. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
